The second picture that was in Alexei's scrapbook was the Thank You Page, I made some modifications to it .  I had always felt badly about the little titles I used.
When I was told at the time that the Russian for them was not right, it was too late to fix it .  So, I did my best to fix that mistake now, and I hope you all like what I did.
All I can say is that I love stars lol .  The Russian message at the top was corrected before the scrapbook was sent off and roughly translated Thank You For The Memories,
Alexei!  The programs in the picture are Lawrence Of Arabia, One Banana, Racing, Gladiator, Feelings, Man In The Iron Mask , Winter, and Overcome to name a few.

   Our third page was an Introductory Page to the contents of Alexei's Scrapbook and I wrote a poem for the page.
Here is the poem that was included on that page : 

         
Alexei, you came over from Russia to America, a strange new land.
         

 A young guy chasing after a lifelong dream that always seemed close at hand.

         

We had the chance to watch you grow as you worked hard with a strong determination.
       

Until you became the champion loved and known throughout every nation.
         

 Now on this special day honoring your birth. We hope you have a

glance at some of the faces, of those you have touched throughout this

small world    we all call planet Earth.

 The next picture of Alexei's Scrapbook is of the pages that were created by Anna and Glynn.  Each member was to make their own page in any design or way they wanted, and the pages were either mailed to me, or e-mailed to me. Everyone did a fantastic job!  I made this picture a little bigger, I hope everyone can see some of the page. Anna was lucky enough to have her picture taken with Alexei and she included it on her page.











There are a few more pictures left, I will try to post some more tomorrow if it does not rain, if it rains then I can finally continue my hummingbird project.  If it does not rain, then I will continue this project. 

 Either way I hope you all enjoy looking at them! 

   The next picture of Alexei's Scrapbook is of the pages that were created by: Astrid . I did my best to take pictures of the pages as they came, but some came later after the other pictures were already developed, and I apologized to those members of the team.  They were very understanding and I was very grateful to them for understanding.
Astrid shared about Mexico and had amazing pictures of where she lived.

   Here is a picture of the page that was created by our other member, Maria.  She was from Russia, and very great to work with! I had so much fun putting all of the pages together. I would have loved to have the Easy Share for this project, but sadly that camera did not come until the following year.

    On Wednesday I experienced an internet outage, so I apologize for not being able to continue the pictures as I had planned.  So, I wanted to continue sharing pictures from a past project this morning.  I hope you all are enjoying the pictures, and your time here at Once Upon A Dream.

 Here is a picture of my page that I made for Alexei's Scrapbook.  We all also made a Birthday page and Elizabeth put it together for us, and I made a picture on one of the extra pages of Alexei sitting on a sail boat that I made with a stencil, and I added fish, underneath waves and I made a fishing pole that was in Alexei's hand, so it looked like his feet were dangling in the water while he was fishing in the sun.  I loved making that page too! On this page in the picture, I talked about my memories, and I shared funny stories that everyone can read about now because I also shared them in my past reviews from Stars On Ice in Orlando.

   Here is a picture of my other two pages that I made about myself, I have a picture of me working on the poster I took with me to my show on February 20th, 2005, among others.  I also gave him a picture of Petie. I know that was probably silly, but pictures of his dog, Lawrie were always shared with us fans, so I thought it would be nice to share mine. Petie did his famous thing back then he hid in the corner!  

One more picture is on its way!  

   The final picture of the pages from Alexei's Scrapbook are what I placed on the last inside cover, and on the back. I enjoyed making creations with Alexei's pictures.  Which I think anyone could tell lol, and yes, I collected pictures of Alexei. That is what a fan is supposed to do isn't it? I would like to add that the collection I mentioned has gone down, and I do not collect pictures of Alexei anymore, my friend I told you all about was the one that found them for me, before she passed away, so I don't really have time to look up news, like I did when I was younger, and he is married with a family, so now it does not seem appropriate to look for his pictures. I will always be his fan though for his skating, so I kept some.  I also bought star stickers and the shape on the binder I bought for the project had stars, so it all worked out.

This concludes the pictures of Alexei's Scrapbook that was delivered through another fan to Alexei a day or two before his birthday on March 18th.  I hope you all liked the pictures!

Probably sometime next year I will share what happened in 2006.  That birthday project went to the next level. We were done with the scrapbook, and we all decided to move on to an appointment book.

I am pretty sure that we did not include any pictures of him, but we focused on what he liked and what his interests were.  So, this one was short, but the appointment book involved a lot of pages, so I have a lot more pictures to upload to my photo sharing website.  So, I want to finish the Halloween /Christmas pictures from last year before I share the next past project.  I have been checking the pictures, and so far, so good!
