  Then they all became upset , I felt so badly for them.  Here is the sixth picture after the fish was gone.

Here is my seventh picture a closer look at Sunshine.

After I took the picture the group flew over to the nest, so I walked around with J.C..  We talked about the alligators,  I already knew that I was not going to be an alligator buddy, but it was fun to joke around.  Then, we took a little walk on a path that was the property of the cemetery, and while we walked around on the grassy path right by some tall wild brush, he told me about the snake he encountered while walking on the same path we were on.   The snake was big, really big, fat, long, black and slow,  it just suddenly started going across , and J.C. did not want to startle the snake.  So, he kind of straddled his legs and allowed the snake to go on its way. I was amazed, and I think I shared about the one in our yard, that we sprayed with hair spray or bug spray to make it go away.  That was not my idea, and the snake raised its head hissed at us and quickly slithered away.   So if you are at a park here in Florida, walking on trail watch your step, and be very careful while you are in the water too , have fun but be safe.  After our snake stories were swapped , we walked around the nest and I took a picture .

 ‍4-5-12 Continued

‍   While my eagle buddy and I hung out around the nest ,  I took my eighth picture for that day.
I think Heaven and the one of the girls were waiting there for Freedom to bring in some breakfast. 

My ninth picture of the scene was even better! I was starting to become a pretty good photographer towards the end. 

After I finished seeing what the eagles were doing, I tried my luck at taking some more pictures of another Cardinal . I was really close and there were moments when the bird came to me .
Here is my tenth picture of Heaven with one of the girls. I was so excited about how well the picture turned out .

Here is my eleventh and first picture of the same Cardinal. I was excited about these pictures turning out a lot better as well.

Here is my twelfth and second picture of the male Cardinal as he turned his head. He had a mate, that came along shortly after this picture was taken. I tried to get a picture of her, but she was too hard to see.

Here is my thirteenth and final picture of the male Cardinal .  

That was my last time to see the eagles, but J.C. had one last visit , and shared some really special pictures with me. I am going to post those next time .  I also had a video URL to share about another eagle named Beauty her sad story fortunately had a very happy ending .

 ‍    On the morning of 4-15-12 , J.C. walked back to the eagle's nest and he saw Star with a woodpecker, and it looked like they were having a conversation.

I thought it was one of the coolest pictures he had ever shared with me, and of course I wished I could have gone to see that too.

Only one more visit left in the American Bald Eagle Tales From 2012.

    On the evening of 4-27-12 , J.C.  went back to the eagles' nest one last time .This was a special time , because this was the final visit and experience with our eagle friends.
Here is a picture that was taken of Heaven and Freedom as they enjoyed the warm sun's glow . The two of them were also watching out for the young eagles over at a near by farmland.

  Here is a picture of Heaven and Freedom at the "Backporch."

Then, suddenly one of the girls did appear , and she perched on a branch for one last conversation with Heaven and Freedom, before she took off into the air. 

As she flew over where Heaven and Freedom were, she said her final Goodbye , and flew off towards
Miami , and never looked back. 

 She flew out of sight, as Heaven and Freedom proudly watched her soar off into the sunset. 

Then when J.C. returned on 4-29-12, everyone was gone until September, but that would begin another American Bald Eagle Tale .

After the American Bald Eagle Tales 2012 was over, I had my own adventure that began in May of 2012, I decided to start another aquarium adventure .

I also spent the rest of 2012 sharing these pictures, and other news about American Bald Eagles through out 2012, so sorry if things looked confusing, but on the days I was posting, J.C. shared news with me about some other eagle families and I wanted to share it that year.  I just wanted to explain why I had a 7-3-12 update in a March 2012 post lol.

 Here is a post that I shared on 12-17-12 about some more tragic news that happened in Decorah.

  Last month J.C.  told me that the last eaglet, they tagged D-14 was found dead.  She had suffered the same thing the other eaglet did, she was killed by an utility poll.  I was really sad, because that was the eaglet I watched hatch, after I waited for weeks for her to hatch.  I was so excited because I had never seen them hatch before. 
 I hope the next generation of eaglets in Decorah are healthy and safe.

Next I will share news about another American Bald Eagle pair that began with Ozzie and Harriet, their nest was also on a webcam by a real estate agency where they made their nest, but I guess something happened to Ozzie, because now her partner is M-15, unless that is Ozzie's official number.  I don't know, but while my visitors were waiting for the 2013 American Bald Eagle Tales, they had this pair to watch and enjoy.  Ozzie and Harriet were also on the news, so they were famous, and popular here in Florida.

This was a post from 2013 and has some news about Heaven and Freedom.

 ‍  Recently, my eagle buddy, J.C.  told me about another pair of American Bald Eagles. This pair 's nest was even on my local news station too!  I have been checking out their nestcam. The adults are named Ozzie and Harriet.  Our pair is busy taking care of their two young eaglets , but I have been told they are not ready or big enough to be moving around the nest. 
I do have some pictures to share and I will soon. While you all are waiting on the 2013 American Bald Eagle Tales to begin you can watch
these two eaglets, that are in a nest in  Ft. Myers , Florida. 
When I had my latest peek in tonight it was time for bed, one eaglet was up though and the other one was getting woken up .

Here is another post I shared in 2013.

 Hello!  Thank you for visiting Once Upon A Dream, I wanted to post a website URL where my visitors can go to listen
to real live American Bald Eagle sounds and calls.  I wanted to share that so that you all would have something to listen to while you all waited for the 2013 American Bald Eagle Tales to begin.  Well, after I did some looking around on this tale I noticed that more of the pictures from last year were missing. I will be honest I have been having some troublesome issues with Photobucket.  I wanted to just Upload one picture to share of a creation I made with grahm crackers, and sugar free vanilla pudding, but it would not upload at all.  So, I started moving my pictures over to flickr, but I quickly canceled that out, so most of my pictures are still on Photobucket, and I did this new option they have a Bulk Upload, and that thing Uploads all of my pictures, so I am sorting through those each night and deleting what I don't want on Photobucket, it is nice I guess. It is a back up thing, but slightly annoying.  


So, in the mean time, while you all wait for me to work out the picture issues, you all can hear what these majestic symbols of The United States Of America sound like . There are some other interesting sound options on there as well, if you ever wondered what Big Foot sounds like, he has ten calls for your listening pleasure.  LOL.  I just thought it was funny, when things like this come up it is best to
