Date Posted:07/30/2024 2:07 PMCopy HTML Hello! Thank you for visiting! I hope all of you are having a very good week, I have been working really hard on watching the coverage of the Olympics, I also had the first set of Christmas pictures to post, I really wanted to on last Friday, but we had some really powerful thunderstorms move in and I thought the storms would never let up. So, I wanted to get them started on here this morning, before I dive back into the summer games. I also am trying another adventure, I ordered two Venus Flytraps, so I am learning how to care for them, they are babies right now. I got them, because we had some cockroach activity on our lanai. They were dead, but I am not a fan, I hate them dead or alive, and why are they so big? So, my hope is that in the future they will grow big and strong and eat those nasty things. Right now, I have to feed them mealworms, that was the grossest purchase I had ever had to make. Seeing them was not fun either, or smelling them, I was just grossed out. But there is hope I did see some plant food online, so when I can I am ordering that food, and the mealworms will go to the birds that come to my feeder. At this point, they are playing with their food. I named them Scooby and Shaggy after my fish that I will be sharing about in my aquarium adventure. Shaggy has not eaten it yet, and I had to cut some of it down, he opens and closes his mouth with it in there, Scooby was more interested in the tweezers that I use to feed them, so I will keep you all posted. In a recent phone call with my sister, I told her about them, she looked them up and thought they were scary. I told her it is not like the movie, Little Shop of Horrors. I told her they are babies, and they don't have teeth like us, and she was like, "Well, that plant Sherman, or Herman started out as a baby too." They are inside for now, but they will go on the lanai, and eat bugs. Anyway, this set has eleven pictures, I hope you enjoy looking at them. The first picture is of the Santa wreath on the left side. The second picture is of the Santa wreath on the right side. Two down and nine more to go! If weather permits, I will try to post two or three more later on today. Until Then! Enjoy Your Day! Stay Cool and Safe! God Bless! *Proud Fan Of Alexei Yagudin * ;)

Re:Daytime Christmas Outdoor Display Date Posted:07/31/2024 12:44 PMCopy HTML Hello! I hope all of you are having a great day, my morning is starting out beautiful, blue sky and sunshine. Yesterday we had more rocking thunderstorms, so I had to shut down my computer. So, I am going to take advantage of this good weather and continue from where I left off. Because this afternoon has more rain in the forecast with thunderstorms. The third picture is of the Santa hat that I place on the flagpole with the wreath. The fourth picture is of the first two deer in our Deer Family, that I named Blitzen and Vixen. I do have some sad news, last year I had to say goodbye to Grandma Buck. We had had Grandpa and Grandma Buck since 2004, but Grandma Buck not only lost her head that kept on falling off she collapsed, so that was a bummer, but I ordered new replacements for them. Four down seven more to go! Stay Tuned! *Proud Fan Of Alexei Yagudin * ;)

Re:Daytime Christmas Outdoor Display Date Posted:07/31/2024 1:40 PMCopy HTML The ninth picture is of the wreath on our own front door. I also ordered a gold hook with a deer so that I could hang the wreath on a door again. It just slides on the top of the door, and then it is hung. You can also remove the deer and have it for other things to hang too. The tenth picture is of the first view of our Nativity on the front porch. The eleventh and final picture is of the second view of our Nativity on the front porch. Next time I will be ready to share the same display all lit up at night. I just have to import them, rename them, resize them and upload them. Then, I can post them! Until Next Time, Enjoy Your Day! Enjoy The Summer Games! God Bless! *Proud Fan Of Alexei Yagudin * ;)
