Here is the second picture of our smaller scarecrows we bought two more so that each one could have a friend. Guess which one is the new one.

 Here is a new idea I had for the holly tree , the ghosts were perfect for the tree.  I also added the bags my mom used to use, I blew them up and tied them to the branches too.
The unknown figure is the ghost scarecrow that flopped over on me while I took the picture.

 Here is a better picture of the unkown figure that was in the other picture.The wind was swinging him around, I always seem to pick windy days to take pictures of my decorations.

 Here is a picture of the other scarecrow that is also a ghostcrow.  Tied together with one of our other scarecrows to our palm tree, so they did not get to blow around too much.  However, the ghostcrow managed to get free to turn around .  Wow!  I also managed to get the screen door too!

 Last year my mom and I decided to try some lights to add more light to our grim reaper , because he kind of lost the light in his left eye.It was burnt out, so I tried to replace it and I ended up poking the replacement light in too hard and the entire piece that held his eye fell down inside of him.  I tried to get it out, but it is in him to stay , so we bought him an eye patch so now he is a pirate grim reaper . I thought that the skull lights and bats added a nice touch, and it was cool because they are battery operated .
