Hello everyone!  I just started typing what I had written down from my 2003 review that I will share next on here.  I had never shared these times, because I thought his Official Website fans and management would want me to get to the show and to the parts only about Alexei.  So, I left those out, but they are apart of the review , because I wrote down every detail of that magical weekend.  So, here is the first part about Friday February 14th, 2003.  I hope you all like it, and if you want to share your favortie times at Disney, or another theme park , please feel free to do so.

Friday February 14th, 2003

My experience at TD Waterhouse Centre began when we arrived in Orlando the Friday before.  My mom and dad , and I spent the entire day at Walt Disney World, or other wise known as the Magic Kingdom.  After we arrived there at the gate, I experienced a very frustrating time with a new machine.  This machine helped the workers there to take every park guest's finger print for identification.  My fingers were too short, and when the guy working there tried to help me, he became just as frustrated.  It was just hard, because there was also another machine, that had to scan our passes at the same time.  I don't really remember how I made it through, but we had more help and I joined my mom and dad.

The first attraction we went straight to , was the Jungle Cruise, we had a very funny cruise guide.  Since it was Valentine's Day he told us to move a little closer to one another, while all of the people were getting on.  So, we did, and we laughed at all of his jokes, one of the jokes that I recalled, was "Don't worry folks you can watch the elephant bathe he has his trunks on."  I thought that was very funny.  While we walked around to the next attraction, I tried to look for Mickey.  I also had a friend I met at the Official Website, who really wanted me to find Tigger.  She asked me to give him a great big hug for her.  She really loved Tigger, so I tried to find him too.  I could no findt Mickey, or Tigger.  Then, we went to my dad's favorite ride and I loved it too, The Pirates Of The Caribbean.  I always loved singing, "Yo ho yo ho a pirate's life for me."  I also enjoyed the cooler air inside, it was always a great way to beat the heat. After we ate some lunch, we went on It's A Small World.  When our boat came around the bend, Dad pointed to the skating doll, and he said, "There's Alexei."  LOL So, my dad named that skating boy doll , Alexei.  I laughed and waved , I know it was very silly , but the Magic Kingdom always brought out the little kid in me, like it does everyone because that place is just for pure fun, dreaming, and believing.

After we rode on It's A Small World, we went to see the The Enchanted Tiki Room, this had always been one of my favorite shows.  I loved the birds and the song, well that year it had some changes in it.  Zazu and Dialgo had joined the cast, and Dialgo wanted to change the show for the worst, and he had to deal with one of the gods. He learned his lesson, and Zazu tried to warn him.  I kind of liked the show before the changes, but it was still a good show.  Before we left the park we went to see , The Hall Of Presidents.  This was another one of my dad's favorite attractions.  He loved history, and he even was considering on getting a job there as one of the historian tour guides.  We thought that he would have been great at it.  Anyway, that place was another good way to cool off from the heat outside, although in February Florida was not too bad, and it is really neat to see all of the presidents from the past and the present talking together.  After we ate supper outside of the Magic Kingdom, we returned for the evening.  Our first stop , and the only place I recall was The Haunted Mansion. I loved the ride, always did, and I have heard that some really spooky changes and additions were made to it since I had been there.  I really would love to go back and see them some day.  After the ride was over, there was this guy working there and I guess he followed us out.  We had no idea that he was behind us, until he suddenly appeared, and it was getting darker out, so the place looked creepy enough. Then, he popped out of no where and said, "Hi."
I think I was startled, but we ended up laughing because he had a high pitch voice, and he sounded like Mickey or Minnie Mouse.  It was really funny.  Then, before we left the park that night we stayed to watch the Spectro Parade. I finally saw Mickey!  He was on a float, where he was trying to get the lights in the parade to work, and I was really happy when he blew all of us a kiss. I blew him one back, and then we went back to our hotel, where I had no trouble falling fast asleep.

Enjoy!

Re:Memories From 2003 Disney Experience

Hello  again !   Here is the next part to my 2003 Disney Experience .  I hope you all like it.

 Saturday February 15th, 2003

Saturday was the big day !  I was really excited , I had been waiting
for it to come, but I could not go to the show yet , because it did not
start until 7:30 PM . However, it was still my day, my dad told me that
when I woke up at the hotel. He said, "This is your day."  I thought
that was very sweet of him to say, and it was also the day where my
dreams would come true.  After we got ready, had breakfast , and all of the
things we all do in the morning.

We left for Epcot, since we had some
time to kill. The first thing we went on at Epcot was inside the famous
giant sphere , that can be seen from any park, or at least the Magic
Kingdom. That attraction was called, Space Ship Earth, and it took us
back in time, where I discovered how communication was used through out
the history of man kind.  It was all very interesting, and towards the
end I also saw what the future of communication would look like and
sound like.

When I saw a girl talking to a boy across the globe, and
getting to see his face. I told my dad that we would be doing that, once
we hooked up the webcam my sister gave us the Christmas before.  She
wanted us to use it , so that we could see each other and talk from
Florida to Indidna.  I thought that it was a really cool gift, and I was
looking forward to setting it all up, but that plan never really worked
out with our computers.

After we left Space Ship Earth, we went over to The Living Seas, this
was my favorite .  I loved learning about the sea and all of its
abundant life.  I also always entertained myself with the idea of
becoming a marine biologist, I especially wanted to work with dolphins
as a trainer.

So, I was once again amazed by the oceans and every
living creature in it.  I was able to see some dolphins too, one of the
dolphins the trainer told us was named, Bob, did some behaviors for us,
well two.  Then, he left to go be with the other dolphins at the reef,
and she explained that the dolphins were allowed to go wherever they
pleased, they never forced the animals to do anything that they did not
want to do.  I liked that about them, and I agreed with what she said.
We got to see a lot of sea life, beautiful fish, small sea creatures,
like sea urchins, along with video about a new sub they used on a dive.
It was a really neat experience, and yes I also saw sharks , but I
respected them too.

They do help us keep our oceans in balance, they are important.  I just
finished watching Shark Week on the Discovery Channel lol, but I was
glad they were behind that glass at the Living Seas too.  After we left
the Living Seas, we went on the ride in the replica of Mexico, I believe
that was my dad's favorite ride , it really gives the guest a taste of
what life is like in Mexico.

I loved the celebration, and the fireworks  towards the end, there is also a place where you can eat authentic food
and watch the boats during the ride.  I always rode it, but the dining
area looked beautiful , and I would like to eat there some day.  Then,
we watched a presentation called, O Canada.

Then, we went to the Land Pavillion, and I learned about the values our
land gave us, along with how to grow plants.  It was very interesting,
we also saw a new short film that had Timon and Pumba in it.  They told
us about the importance of land conservation and recycling to help
our lands and unique environments to thrive. I also loved Imagination.
Then, we had a discussion about where to eat, until we finally decided
on leaving Epcot and eating at a local Subway.  After we ate, we went
back to the hotel, rested and I took my time as I got ready for Smucker's Stars on Ice.

Re:Memories From 2003 Disney Experience

Date Posted:09/10/2018 7:14 PMCopy HTML

Hello  everyone !   Here is the final part that I wanted to share about my
final day of my weekend at Disney and Orlando from 2003.

Sunday February 16th, 2003

My weekend in Orlando ended with a visit to Disney's Animal Kingdom.  I
really liked the park, there was a safari ride and it was really cool,
to see all of the wildlife that people would see in Africa.  We even
helped our driver stop a group of poachers and we saved a baby
elephant's life!  The two elephants involved in the poacher scene were
not real, but it was still exciting, with high speed pursuits and gun
shots fired at us.

Sometimes the animals would walk in our path, or come
right up to the vehicle , it was a neat experience.  I also saw some
really cool shows and entertainers , two of them jumped a rope in the
street while we ate our lunch. The only ride I did not like was the
Dinosuar ride, where we were sent back in time to rescue the last
dinosaur , he resembled the one from the movie.  At times it was too
jerky, really dark especially after our rover like vehicle lost its
power. We had no idea where we were or what dinosaurs we were
encountering.

Before the meteor shower, we had this device that let  us know which dinosaur was what, and if it was not the one we were after
we would move on.  So, after the shower we were at the dinosaurs'
mercy.  Some of them were really scary, and I had to hide my eyes at
times, and at other times I ducked down, and before we were almost eaten
I had to cover my ears, then we found the one this man wanted , our
power came back on, we finally got out of there.  I was happy when it
was over. After we looked around for a little while longer, we left
Orlando and went home.

After I rested, I began writing
down everything I could remember about the entire experience, including
my review of my first Smucker's Stars on Ice experience .
I hope you all have enjoyed the memories I shared with all of you.

Until Next Time,
Take Care
