‍Part Seventy-Nine Tuesday, May 14th, 2013

‍After I woke up , I made my bed, while I watched Petie play with his favorite toy.  Then, I watched Toby and Skipper , as they swam around.  They also had their first meal for the day, so during my morning game shows, I ate my own breakfast, a waffle .  Mom and I also had another discussion about the car.  Mom had her heart set on a Malibu .  So, we planned on going to see what color and models they had in the Malibu at the dealership.  I also got ready for the day, cleaned Petie's cage, before I cleaned his toys, and he got his carrot before I had my lunch.

After lunch, we worked hard on cleaning out the inside of our 06 Pontiac G6 , I even swept out the trunk , and we got the rest of the car ready.  I just gave up on arguing , because I knew we needed a car that was reliable , and our current car was not reliable anymore.  So, it was time for a new car.  Once the car was done, I read Acts of 4 to Petie , had prayer before we had supper.  Then, I took out our Recycling bins , and that evening , we looked at cars on the Chevy website , we also found out that there was a dealership in a town not too far from us. 

She was excited , and I was excited at the thought of getting a blue car.  Later on, we hugged and I got ready for the night, watched some TV, before I said my special good nights to Petie, Skipper, and Toby, then I had my prayer time, covered Petie, and I turned off the light for Toby and Skipper, before I went to sleep.

 ‍  Part Eighty Thursday, May 16th, 2013

‍I woke up to a very sunny morning, and I uncovered Pete's cage , before I fed Toby and Skipper, then I ate a waffle for breakfast.  After breakfast, I went to the den where I watched the morning game shows , while I looked up directions to the dealership, that we planned on going to later on.  I wrote them down, shut down the computer, got ready for the day, cleaned Petie's cage .  After lunch, when we were ready to go, I programmed the directions into to our tomtom , then we were off and we found the dealership, the drive was not too bad.

After we got out of the car, we started looking around, the Malibu looked nice, and a nice man tried to help us.  Mom had a test drive in the Malibu, and she was not a fan.  The car was about the size of our G6, so she wanted a little smaller car.  She also took a Sonic for a spin, but she was not a fan, and then he had us try another small car, and we both were not fans, it was a little rough.  So, the nice man went and got us a nice lady.  Her car stole my mom's heart, she instantly fell in love with the car.  She asked our sales dealer questions about the car, like what kind was it.  She told us her car was a 2013 Chevrolet Cruze in Crystal red.  The car was decided, but I hoped that the color of the car was still on the table.

Our nice sales dealer took us back to her office, we sat down, and she offered us some cold sodas to drink, and she went right to work on finding my mom's Cruze.  The color was off the table, and I had to kiss my hopes of getting a blue one good-bye .  My mom wanted a carbon copy of the car she saw shining in the sun outside, and our dealer called other Chevy dealerships until she found one. However, a young man that was going off to college wanted to buy it, so we let him have the car , or his parents buy it for him as a gift, either way it was gone.  Did she give up though? No, she got right back on her phone and she tried more dealerships , until she found another place and the man there had great news!  He had two identical Cruzes in Crystal red! She got the details, and one of them was that one of the models had a rear view camera on it already, and that was a feature that she had sold us on, it would make backing up and seeing what is behind the car a lot easier.  She told the man that we wanted to buy one, but she would take both, I think she traded some of their cars they had for the Cruzes.  Then, we had some discussions about our G6, and she worked on paper work, we made a down payment for the Cruze , and then there was more work to be done.

The Chevy dealership accepted our trade, and the expensive payments on the G6 were gone, the dealership bought the G6 from Pontiac .  We agreed to lease our new car for a payment that was far less than what we paid monthly for the G6.  Our new car would also save us some money at the pump, mom was really happy.  She also got us started with Ally , she just went above and beyond.  We were happy as I said before, and she was happy that we were happy .  She told us that we could pick up our new Chevy Cruze on Saturday, then we went home, had supper, and I took out our trash.  I watched the wheel that brought fortune with mom, then I watched some TV, before I had my BIBLE time with Petie in Acts 4.  I had prayer, and I watched another show with my mom that was about a fake psychic that helped solve crimes. After the show, my mom and I hugged , I got ready for the night, and I had my special good night routine with Petie, Skipper, and Toby, before I had my bed time prayers, and I went to sleep.

    ‍Part Eighty -One  Friday, May 17th, 2013

‍I woke up to another sunny morning, and I made my bed .  I also uncovered Petie's  cage, and I fed Toby and Skipper, before I ate a waffle , while I watched my morning game shows.  After breakfast, I got ready for the day,, cleaned Petie's cage, we had lunch, before I read Acts:4.  Once I had my prayer time, I tested the 10's properties.  For most of the results, they were good.  The PH was a little high while the Ammonia was between Ideal and Safe.  I treated the high PH, and I also swapped out some of the water from the 5 gallon out. 

A little while later, I helped Mom with supper, before we went back out into the garage to wipe our soon to be traded in G6 a little bit more for tomorrow.  That evening, I watched some TV shows, then I hugged my mom, got ready for the night, and I said my special good nights to Petie, Skipper, and Toby.  I had more prayer time, and I went to sleep.

   ‍Part Eighty-Two Saturday, May 18th, 2013

‍Today was the day , and it was a sunny and beautiful day.  Mom was going to get her car, or our car.  Our dealer had called earlier and told us , our car was getting ready.  So, I got myself ready for the day, before we had breakfast together.  I also fed Toby and Skipper, before I cleaned Petie's cage, while I gave him his royal treatment.  After lunch, Mom and I left to go pick up our new car, and drop off our old one.  When we arrived, I grabbed everything out of our G6, then we had a tour that was led by our dealer.

She showed us the service area, we met some of the workers there, she also showed us where we could wait , while our new car was being checked out, or if we brought it in for service.  That area had a nice tv, comfortable couches and other seating arrangements , there was a kids room , and just a room where you could sit quietly and read or spend time online .  When we returned to her office, she had my mom fill out some more paperwork, and we were told about the Lemon Law , our rights, and their guarantee that our car was not a lemon , it was in fact a brand new 2013 model of the Chevrolet Cruze .  

Then, she took us outside , where we saw the two twins, and one of them she pointed out was ours , the service department was busy washing our new car, until the Chevy Cruze LT in Crystal Red was polished up .  Our car was driven out to us, where she had us take pictures together with our new car.  She also gave us the sets of keys , explained the functions on the key fob , while she also told us that she personally went and picked up our new car , and kept it at her house, to avoid getting extra miles on it.  We both were very impressed , and thanked her several times.  She got into  our car as well, and set up our account for On -Star , before she gave us a demonstration of the car, how to work the radio, how to use the console , turn signals, windshield wipers, she made sure that we understood every important function we needed to know, in order to operate our car.  Then, she got out, told us when to come back for our Pit -Stop , which was just a check up for our car.

We wished her a fond good bye, waved, and we were on our way home with our new car, that drove like a dream , she had a lot of power , mom just enjoyed driving her , I was not quite ready yet, it was too new of a car at that time.  When we arrived home after using On-Star's directions , I had mail waiting for me .  My assignment had been sent back , and I was very happy to see that I had passed it with flying colors .  My neighbors were very proud of me , when I showed them the letter and my grade , when they came over to see our new car.  It was a very happy day.  After our supper, I watched TV, and a movie with my mom, found an out fit for church, read Acts 4 to Petie, hugged my mom, had my special bed time routine with Petie, Skipper, and Toby.  After prayer, I went to sleep.

Please pray for the family , friends, and fellow officers that worked with Officer Raynor , sadly he passed away very recently , pray for the critical situation in Afghanistan that all people who are trying to get out will get out safely, including the interpreters .  Also pray for New Orleans, Louisiana , New York and all  of  the  East Coast after Ida left devastating flooding and damage beyond repair .As well as the people who have Covid -19 , and our doctors and nurses battling it all over the world .

 Part Eighty- Three ‍Monday, May 20th , 2013

‍I woke up, and I was happy, because today was Skipper's fourth month with us!  He ate his portion of the food, and Toby ate his own portion.  Petie was happy too. We watched the morning game shows, while I made my bed.  I also ate a waffle for breakfast, while I watched the rest of one of the morning game shows.  After I got ready for the day, I cleaned Petie's cage , and we had lunch before I tested the water in the 10.

I was really pleased with the results, PH was 7.2, Alkaline was 40-80 .  Hardiness was PPM 150 , while the Nitrates were not too bad, and the Ammonia was safe.  I rested after I read Acts 5 to Petie and I wrote another entry in my journal , after I had my prayer time.  Later on, I helped my mom with supper, before I took out the trash.  A little while later that same evening, I watched a new show that was about motives for criminals , another crime show that I thought was interesting.

I gave my mom a hug, before I watched another TV show about monster fish,  After that was over, I got ready for the night , watched the News, and I had my special bedtime routine with Petie, Skipper, and Toby, after my bed time prayers, I went to sleep.

      ‍Part Eighty- Four Wednesday, May 22nd, 2013

‍I woke up earlier, in order to be ready for my hair appointment .  It was time for me to get my hair done again.  I also uncovered Petie's cage , and I fed Toby and Skipper.  I made my bed, ate a waffle , and I watched the morning game shows.  I got ready for the day, Mom and I had lunch, after I cleaned Petie's cage .  He had his carrot, and after lunch I went to my appointment.  Where I found out that I was supposed to come in the day before.  I was not really sure if that was true or not, but I did not argue.

I agreed to have some one else do my hair .  I couldn't help but notice how pale she was, but she did my hair for me, at the end of my hair appointment, I paid her and she called me "Grasshopper."  Maybe because I was young?  Anyway, I went home, watched some TV, or I read Acts 55 to Petie.  Later on we had supper, before I went outside and watered the flowers.  When I came in, I watched some more TV, one of the shows I watched with my mom, the shows main characters were Shawn and Gus, and Shawn used his fake ability to help solve crimes.

When the show was over, I hugged my mom, got ready for the night, had my special good night routine with Petie , Skipper, and Toby .  I also sang ‍Skip To My Lou ‍ to Skipper.  After my bed time prayer, I went to sleep , and rested peacefully .

     Part Eighty-Five  Friday, May24th, 2013

I woke up with a slight sore throat , but I still went on with my morning.  I fed Toby and Skipper, and I uncovered Petie's cage.  I ate a waffle , watched my morning game shows, before I got ready for the day.  After I got ready for the day, I cleaned Petie's cage, Mom and I had lunch.  After lunch, I read more of Acts 6, and I changed the water in the 5, that I was trying to change into a sick tank.  I also cleaned the gravel .  I was glad I removed the green artificial plant from the 10 last Friday, after Toby and Skipper burrowed themselves into the green plastic leaves.  I also cleaned the filter and the rest of the 10, before I changed the water.

I noticed Skipper was acting odd, so I decided to put in the measured amount of Melafix, in case they had gotten some injuries , Mom and I had supper, before I had a nap, then I woke up in time to see the rocket launch that took place a t 8:27 PM.  Later on, I watched TV, one show was about fish that were truly monsters of the deep in rivers, lakes, and the ocean.  I watched some other TV shows, Mom and I hugged , I got ready for the night , and I did my best to wish my sweet Petie , Skipper, and Toby a good night.  My throat started to hurt more, but a cough drop seemed to soothe it enough for me to sleep.

     Part Eighy-Six Saturday, May 25th, 2013

‍I woke up with another sore throat, but I didn't think about it too much.  It hurt a little to swallow, but I still wanted to eat.  We made pancakes with bananas inside them.  After breakfast, I got ready for the day, made my bed, before I put in another measured dose of Melafix for Skipper.  I gave Petie his royal treatment and bath.  He was a good boy, then as the afternoon went on, I started feeling really tired.  We had lunch, and I finished my chores, before I had a very long nap.

I helped my mom with supper, then I completed my Saturday night routine, to be ready for church.  I got ready for the night, but I didn't do too much of anything else, but I did write in my journal, and that was the moment I started to feel very warm.  Mom came into my room, and she felt my forehead, she thought I felt really warm too, so we took my temperature.  She saw the temperature and she showed me.  Both of us were shocked, I had a temperature of 102.5 !  She gave me some Tylenol , before she helped me say "Good night" to my Petie, Skipper, and Toby, she covered Petie, then she turned out the lights on both the five gallon and ten gallon aquariums. 

When I went to sleep , I slept with a cold rag on my forehead, and I was afraid to close my eyes, I was also afraid of my temperature going higher , which in turn made me afraid of passing away in my sleep.  I prayed though , and in a dream I had, GOD gave me peace, HE assured me that I would not die , that I needed to rest .  After that dream , I allowed myself to keep my eyes closed , and to sleep . The pain in my throat got worse , but I still managed to get some rest.

Stay Warm, Healthy , And Safe .

If you are still on the fence about getting vaccinated I hope that sharing  about my experience with a very severe throat infection, will encourage you to get the COVID -19 vaccine , because back in the summer of 2013 my throat infection was as close to COVID that I wanted to come.  I just had my Booster shot for Pfizer last month , I did not want to take any chances , I never want to have my throat on fire ever again, or have ceaseless coughing, and the scariest not being able to breathe .  My sister wasn't able to get her Booster yet, and she was exposed to Omicron through a patient of hers a nurse at a hospital , my sister just got over it, Praise The LORD!  I am praying for others that have the Omicron right now.  My sister is getting her Booster , I asked her if she was and she said she was. Because I had heard of cases where people got over COVID , then got it again , and it was worse the second time.  I was texting with her every night to see how she was feeling , it was scary.  My cousin also had it twice , she is a nurse in a hospital , and I prayed for her, that happened last Fall.  So, please take precautions to protect you , your loved ones, your community , and everyone around the world.  We are still in this together , I am also praying that there will come a day when we can kiss COVID Good Bye .

      Part Eighty- Seven Sunday, May 26th, 2013

The next morning, I opened my eyes and realized that I was alive.  The LORD had protected me, but I was still burning up.  I hated to wake up my mom, but I did, and she realized how hot I was. So, she had me lay down on her bed, before I was packed with rags that were soaked in ice cold water, and she also added ice.  It was obvious that we could not go to church.  I just rested on her bed for several hours.  We also talked about taking me to see my doctor, which made me afraid, that he would send me to the hospital, and I did not want to go to the hospital.  Because, I had recently heard on the news that people had gone to the hospital, got an infection and died. So, I wanted to avoid going to the hospital.

However, I also knew that something was seriously wrong with me, my throat killed me. so, this was beyond a cold or flu, or allergies.  When my temp went down, I used what strength I had to make my bed, get ready for the day, and I was also a little happy for Skipper, he had made it to his eighteenth week with us.  Petie also seemed concerned about me, especially when my mom had to help me clean his cage.  Then, Mom and I had a nourishing breakfast, and after breakfast, we may have had some devotions, then I laid in the recliner, slept, watched programs on the Disney Channel, slept some more with a cold wet rag on my forehead.  We also had a call from my sister, and I told my mom to tell my niece that I was so sorry for missing her high school graduation. My mom let me know that she forgave me, and my niece understood, and she hoped that I would feel better soon.  That made me feel a little better for a split second, I was not out of the woods yet.  Then, I got more rest, and I was able to eat my lunch, and supper later on that day.  I also tried to brush my teeth and wash my face, but I had to be packed in ice, and in ice- cold rags again.  I watched more programs on Disney Channel, then my mom helped me with my animal's good night routine, and she covered Petie's cage after I blew him a good night kiss.  I also took some Tylenol, and she put some more cold rags on my forehead, before she turned off the lights on both of the aquariums, after I added in some more treatment for Skipper, we had prayer, and I did my best to sleep in between the coughing, but I did get some sleep at some points.

     Part Eighty-Eight Monday, May 27th, 2013

When I woke up, I still felt miserable.  I did treat the water again, and I also noticed that Skipper seemed to have some kind of trouble.  I kept an eye on him, and I uncovered Petie's cage.  I also got ready for the day.  My mom made me another nourishing breakfast.  She also helped me take care of Petie.  Then, I rested more and rested every moment that I had to rest when I was not coughing. I did eat some lunch, before I rested some more, until supper time, so I did not see much TV, or even if it was on.  Later on, after supper, Mom took out the trash for me.

Then, I did watch some TV, while Mom and I continued to put cold rags on my forehead.  Later on, I rested in my room, and I noticed that Skipper was keeping to himself. I also found him in the lighthouse decoration, Mom and I thought that he was gone, but he moved out and found another place to take it easy.  Toby also seemed to sense the familiar feeling that something was wrong with his friend, Skipper.  After checking on Skipper, I had some more rest, then I got ready for the night, watched some more TV, blew my mom a kiss, and she helped me with my nightly routine with Petie, Skipper, and Toby.  We also checked my temperature again, and it was not normal, I had a temperature that was still high.  I took more Tylenol, I also tried to pray, and I went to sleep, and had a fitful night's rest at best, because of the constant coughing.

   Part Eighty-Nine Tuesday, May 28th, 2013

After I woke, up and got ready for the day, my mom fixed me some breakfast, after I took my medicine.  I also noticed that Skipper was not feeling well at all.  So, I got the carrier and put some water in it, before I caught him with a cup.  After he went into the carrier, I also gave him some more treatment, before we found him a peaceful area to rest in.  Then, I helped my mom take care of Petie, before I rested, and ate when it was time to eat.

We also may have gone to Walgreens to get some more medicine for my throat.  I also bought some sturdy plastic covers for the signs that I was going to make for my fish and their resting place.

We came home, had supper, then after supper, I tried to help my mom with putting out our recycling bins.  I also watched TV, and slept with more cold rags, and she helped me with good night routine with Petie and Toby.  We also said a prayer together for Skipper, before I tried to get some more rest.

 Part Ninety Wednesday, May 29th, 2013

This morning, I woke up earlier because my throat felt like it was on fire in the hottest furnace in the world.  I tried to keep myself cool.  I changed my rags, and I even ate ice, I also discovered that the heat was in my throat.  I froze myself out and I covered my body with my blankets.  Then another symptom came along, when I started to have a severe case of dry heaves.  I was still able to eat all of my meals.

I also had another moment to add to my misery when I found out that we had lost Skipper.  But he was not suffering anymore, and I still got ready for the day.  Mom helped me out by taking care of Petie for me, so that I could try to get some more rest. Later on, we ate supper, then we watched the American Baking Competition.  I tried to watch it, and someone named Carla went home.

After the show, I slept some more, and later on that night, I got ready for the night, and I blew kisses to Petie and Toby. I also prayed with my mom, before I did my best to get some sleep.

Part Ninety-One Thursday, May 30th, 2013

I woke up that morning with a determination to test the water.  I wanted to make sure that it was ideal for Toby.

I put how I felt aside and focused on Toby's health.  I also helped Mom take care of Petie.  We had breakfast and I had some

rest after I got ready for the day.  After lunch, I tested Toby's water in Toby's world and the properties of the water were the same as

they were the day when I moved them into their new home.  After, that all I did was rest, my mom also bought me some popsicles.

The popsicles really helped with soothing my throat my favorite flavor was cherry.  

I ate supper, but I could not stand the rags that were used to cool my temperature down.  They smelled like the water that

almost made me sick.  Mom and I also watched a movie about a little dog that was named Poco, which was also the title of the movie.

Poco was on a journey to find his family after a car accident separated them.  I fell asleep but I am pretty sure he found his family

and the movie had a happy ending.  Then we watched the season finale of Psych, that was titled No Trout About It." 

I did my best to follow it as much as I could, but I think I fell asleep during that as well.  I can recall now that a fish helped them solve a murder.

Just don't ask me how, that was on eleven years ago and a lot has happened since then.  Later on, that night, once I blew kisses to Petie and Toby, I tried my best to get even more sleep.

Part Ninety-Three Friday, May 31st, 2013

I woke up and I was really sad.  We were going to lay Skipper to rest. Toby was still doing well.  He ate his food I was also able to take care of Petie.

I was starting to feel better, and I ate my breakfast got ready for the day, before I had some more rest.  Then after lunch, I joined my mom outside 

and we buried Skipper.  I also sang his song to him which made me cry that was good because the really high fever had prevented me from being able to cry.

I also cried for the eagles that were killed just a few months prior.  Then, I helped my mom plant some flowers and we had dinners for supper.

I felt fine, and I was looking forward to seeing TANKED, the episode was called, Jurassic Campground.  I had another popsicle, while we also watched

a new show on the Disney Channel that was called, ANTFARM.  The first episode was called trANTSferred.  A group of gifted students had their first day

at a mainstream middle school or high school.  After the show, I got ready for the night, watched another show, before I had another round of dry heave 

attacks.  Which made me think that it was the water in any form that was making me sick.  I just slept with a rag on my forehead for the rest of the night.

Part Ninety-Four Saturday, June 1st ,2013

On a rainy day my mom and I talked about getting our water checked and I had to avoid using the water and drinking the water. 

People were also praying for me, and I knew that I was in GOD's hands.  HE was with me, and I knew that for a fact. That night, 

Mom helped me tuck in Petie and Toby for the night.

Part Ninety-Five Sunday June 2nd, 2013

I did not feel well enough to go back to church.  But I did feel well enough to catch up on my e-mails.  My neighbor and eagle watching buddy brought up an interesting point.

He thought that maybe our filter in our refrigerator needed checked and changed.  I had no idea if our refrigerator had a filter.  He also thought that maybe my sickness was tied

in with Skipper's death.  Mom and I checked to see if we had a filter in our refrigerator to change, but we found out that our refrigerator did not have a filter.  The water for my aquarium was 

from our local grocery store.  He also told me not to blame myself for Skipper's death.

My pastor's wife shared another meaning with me for A.S.A.P, Always Say A Prayer.  I knew that I was being carried by everyone's prayers. I still rested a lot, and my fever was still present.

However, I was still able to eat my meals, still I knew that I was going to have to see my doctor soon.

I went to bed that night with more coughing spells, but I managed to get some rest.

 Part Ninety-Six Monday June 3rd, 2013

Today was the big day!  I finally felt well enough to go to my favorite place.  I was going there to bring home some friends for Toby.  Before we could go though, I had to make my bed, get ready for the day and I also had to eat my breakfast, before I took care of Petie's needs.  We had our lunch and I we were on our way.  At the place where the pets go, I found some new items. I found a new background, a silk plant, along with an algae brush and new air stones.

After all of the supplies were checked off of my list, I went over to the fish.  I had some assistance, and she checked my water, and I was very happy when she told me that every property was ideal for fish!  We looked at the first fish, a catfish of course.  I noticed a bigger Spotted Cory, we liked him, and I made my sales associate laugh when I named him Scooby.  He had the colors of Scooby-Doo!  We also had some help in finding a Juli Cory.  He was given his name a little while later at home. He was white with a lot of spots and specks.  Anyway, we paid for everything and our new finned friends for Toby.

Then, I took them home and allowed them time to get acclimated, and I had some time to study our Juli, and we named him Chippy.  When it was time to release them from their bag, I gently guided them out of the bag, before they swam out and went down into their watery world.  Later on, that night, it was cool to see Toby, Scooby and Chippy all swimming together.  Toby was happy to have friends again.  His tail just wagged back and forth while he swam around with his new buddies.  Mom also had to cool me down after another high fever came along, but I just rested. Then, I said "Goodnight " to Petie, Toby, Scooby and Chippy, before I went to sleep.

Part Ninety-Seven Tuesday June 4th, 2013

My morning started out really good.  I was able to get ready for the day and to make my bed.  I had my breakfast, and I was happy when I saw Scooby eat his portion of the pellet.

I also watched Chippy while he was busy exploring his new home.  Later on, in the morning however that all changed.  All of the sudden I had a splitting pain on the left side of my mouth.

The pain also went to the left side of my head, and on top of my head.  If that was not bad enough, I had a hard time walking!  I had to hold on to the wall in the hallway.  I asked my mom to call our dentist.  Mom called them and she described what was happening and where I had the pain, with the help of me as I told her answers to their questions. My dentist had the next day off, but she was going to come in and see me and find out what was wrong.  

In the meantime, I took Tylenol and ate soft foods.  We also had plans to go shopping for a new refrigerator, we also contacted our water company, and they were going to come out

and check the water soon.  During our shopping trip, we looked at one store to see what they had, and we did not really see anything that we wanted. So, we went to another store, but we did not find anything.  Then we looked at a third store that was close by and we liked on of the models they had, but we wanted to think it over.  We went home, had supper, before I felt well enough to watch some TV shows like Total Black Out, the episode was titled, "Parental Blackout."  The contestants had to figure out what the objects in glass containers were only using their senses, mostly touch because they were in pitch black darkness.  I also watched some Disney shows, before I blew kisses to Mom, Petie, Toby, Chippy, and Scooby.  I also had my prayer time before I tried to get some sleep.

       Part Ninety -Eight   Wednesday June 5th, 2013

I woke up early, got ready for my dentist appointment.  Mom and I had a good breakfast, while we had devotions together.  Then, I made my bed and got excited when I saw Chippy

eat his portion of the food.  All of my fish were eating and that made me happy.  When it was time to go, I went to the dentist, where she examined my tooth. After the examination was completed on my tooth, she told me that I had a stress fracture in my chipped tooth.

She made an appointment for me for the next day to get the tooth fixed.  I also was going to have a temporary crown put on.  So, at least we knew that my tooth would feel better soon.

We also tried to get me in to see my doctor and we found out that he was out of town, so we made plans to take me to an Urgent Care as soon as we could. We went home, after we made a shopping trip, and I bought a new electric toothbrush since I had been sick, and I did not want to just continually expose myself to the germs that made me sick. At home, I got caught up on e-mails.

I also caught people up on news about how I was feeling etc. Mom and I also decided to buy the new refrigerator without an ice maker.  We had one with the ice dispenser and it had water, and we found out that the water from the refrigerator was the culprit, so from that point on our refrigerators would not have any ice makers.  So, our new refrigerator was on its way later that week it would be delivered.  

I also watched some more TV, got ready for the night, before I talked to my friends online, and one of them thought that Toby sounded like a smart fish, we talked about Petie too.

He thought that I was a wonderful mother and that I cautiously cared for my animals.  After I said my Goodnights, I did my best to get some sleep.

     Part Ninety-Nine Thursday June 6th, 2013

When I could not sleep, I worked on writing a new part of My Alexei, while I waited for the cough drop.  Later on, that morning, I was very tired, but I still got up early and got ready for

 my dental appointment.  I also sent a message to my friend and asked him for prayer.  Tropical Storm Andrea was on her way and Tornado Warnings for other areas close by were being announced on the radio.  Mom made us a very good breakfast, but I was too tired to listen to the devotions.  I also fed Chippy, Scooby and Toby, before I cleaned Petie's cage.  

Then we left for my appointment, the rain poured, but we got there safely.  While I was waiting for my name to be called, I fell asleep on the couch until the dental assistant came to get me. She hated to wake me up, but it was time for me to go back.  I let her know that I understood, and I had a seat in the chair, where I even fell asleep and stayed asleep while I kept my mouth open.

They also made sure that my mouth was good and numb.  I just remained calm during the whole thing until it was over.  When it was over I had my temporary crown, my tooth felt so much better, but she mentioned that there was something wrong with my throat.  I let her know that I knew, and we were going to get it checked out. 

I also discovered that the tooth had been causing me to have more issues with my sinuses.  I could breathe and I could smell so much better.  I thanked them, and we worked with them on a payment plan, and only had to pay our first installment of the payment.  We went back home in pouring down rain, got a little lost, but had had some help from our car's navigation system to get back home. The sun came out that afternoon, so she was a fast- moving system.  I rested after lunch, and I was resting peacefully, until I woke up feeling like I was going to get sick.  Mom talked to a very concerned family friend who was telling my mom to get me to an Urgent Care. I felt warm, and we decided to go that minute after the phone conversation.  After we arrived, a nice lady helped me check in and I described the symptoms.  I also described my symptoms to the doctor, he took my temperature, and it was 99.4.  He checked my throat and then I finally knew what I had.  I had been fighting with a severe throat infection.  I had two shots given to me and I was given a prescription for two types of antibiotics, with long names that I could not pronounce.  They also prayed with me, and I left there laughing and smiling.  My mom thought that they gave me laughing gas, but I was just starting to feel better.  We went to our pharmacy, and they filled the prescriptions for the antibiotics.  We also went back to the store and finished purchasing our new refrigerator.  We came home, had supper, and I started to feel more tired, Mom helped me with taking out the trash.

I did my best to get some more rest, but I also talked to my friend about what I had, and about my dental appointment, along with the antibiotics that I was taking. Then, I said Goodnight to my friend, my mom, went to my room where I said my good nights to Petie, covered his cage, Chippy, Scooby, and Toby, before I turned off their aquarium light, and went to sleep.

   Part One Hundred Sunday June 30th, 2013

After I fed Toby, Chippy, and Scooby before I cleaned Petie's cage, we had our breakfast.  Then, I tested the water and collected a sample for Petco to test.

After that, we went to Subway for lunch.  I thought that the food was delicious, and I loved the fruit punch too.  When we were finished eating our lunch, we 

went on our shopping errands, before we went to one of my favorite places to see if I could get a new fish friend. They compared my test with their test,

and the properties in the water were ideal.  I was able to get a new fish friend!  After I looked around, I chose another albino, and I named him Shaggy.

Which made the ladies helping us laugh.  Mom and I paid for Shaggy, and I took him home, where I showed him to my neighbor, before I took him inside.

Then, I allowed his bag to float in his new home.  Shaggy looked around, while he was in his bag. Chippy, Scooby, and Toby observed him too.

When it was time, we put him in his new home, and he looked around while the light to the aquarium was off.  Later on, that night, I turned on the light,

and we had supper.  The rest of the night, I just let the four fish friends get to know each other, while I kept an eye out for any problems, but it seemed like

the four were going to get along.  I wished them all a good night, turned off their light, and I wished Petie the same, covered his cage, had some prayer,

then I went to sleep.

Part One Hundred One 

                                                                                                                                                Shaggy's Brush With Death

After some time had passed the four of them became friends.  I enjoyed watching Chippy, Scooby, Shaggy, and Toby swimming together.  They also ate together, explored together, and they were a happy little group.  Mom and I were also very proud of Scooby when he explored the cool rock decoration that did remind me of mushrooms, he even went up the side of it!  However, he most likely was eating algae.  Then, one night or very early morning, Shaggy was not acting like himself, and I did not like the look of the aquarium.

I decided to clean it, but on that particular July morning, I could not catch the fish with my red cup. So, I carefully cleaned around them.  While I was cleaning the lighthouse decoration, I found some of Shaggy's scales and skin in it, so I decided to take it out and I kept it out.  The air-stones also stopped working; I had a terrible time with them.  Then later on that day, Mom told me that we could go to Petco.  After everything else was done, and Petie's needs were met, we went there, and I hoped to find some answers.  Kay helped me, I told her I found Shaggy lying motionless in the archway, and about the air-stones.  She helped me find a soft and bigger plant, that I would put in place of the lighthouse that I removed.  I also bought some new air-stones.  We thanked her paid for our purchases, and I went home where I planted the new plant inside the aquarium, before I got the air-stones working again.  Things were beginning to look up, for my aquarium and I treated Shaggy with the Melafix  with hopes and prayers that he would get better.

   Part One Hundred Two

                                                                                                                                              Chippy's Mysterious Death

That morning on Sunday the fourteenth of July it started out in the usual way, before the usual way it started took a rough turn. After I had made my bed, had my breakfast, and I cleaned some dishes before I returned to my room, where I fed my fish.  Shaggy seemed to be on the mend, I also fed Toby and Scooby, but I could not find Chippy.  I spent some time searching for him until I saw him on one of the live plants.  He wasn't moving and he was lying on his side.  I instantly had the same feeling that I always had when I thought that something was wrong.  So, I quickly grabbed the net and the carrier, before I tried to catch him.  He did not want to be caught, and Toby was protecting him, I still managed to catch him with the net.  I gently placed him into the carrier's water, added some treatments like Stress Zyme, Prime, along with Stress Coat and some medication.

He fought with death, and he fought the fight with death really hard.  I stroked his top fin, and I prayed for him.  However, he gave up the fight with death and died.  I cried. I loved Chippy, he was my baby.  I knew that some people did not think much of fish as pets, but I loved having them as pets.  When my mom came home, I told her about Chippy's death.  We hugged and we did not understand what was going on.  I got ready for the day, and I asked some friends Online to pray.  Mom and I had lunch, before we went to PETCO. I slept for most of the way there with the carrier and the deceased Chippy on my lap.  When we went inside, a lady there talked to me, she thought I worked there.  The lady and I both agreed or thought it was a sign from GOD, that I would work there.  I wanted to work there.  A young man that did work there also had a baby parrot with him, I thought it was a Sun Conure.  The young man let me see him, and the baby parrot allowed me to pet him!  They all were impressed because he did not allow them to do that.  So, that was a cool moment on a tough day.  

Two other young men looked at Chippy for me.  They told me he looked like he was well fed and taken care of very well and that he had a nice belly.  So, that told me that I took good care of him and that he had been eating his meals.  However, we all could not figure out what had happened, or what made him die.  They also asked me about the smell in the carrier and I explained the medications I had put in there to treat him.  We all agreed that having an aquarium was like a giant chemistry experiment.  I had gotten a C in chemistry in middle school. In the end, I took Chippy back home, had supper and we laid him down to rest in a flowerpot in the back.  That night, I watched the remaining fish friends that I had, I read some BIBLE, before I went to sleep.  The only thing that I did know is that Chippy's death was caused by a mysterious fishue, or fish issue.

    Part One Hundred Three 

                                                                                                                                 Thursday July 18th, 2013

Four days after I lost Chippy, I had another fish emergency, after I woke up, I noticed that Scooby and Shaggy struggling to swim and to breathe.

I quickly got a bag I had held back, and I caught them.  Toby wanted to go with them, so I put all of them into the bag of water and floated them on the surface.

Toby was underneath them, as they struggled to stay up, they still could not breathe I was in tears and my heart broke all over again. Scooby and Shaggy did not want to die,

they fought as hard and as long as they could, it was hard on me to see them suffer in pain.  Then, they both passed away, and even though they were dead, Toby was still a loyal friend, he did not want to leave them, and he was hard to catch.  So, I took a break, got ready for the day, tried to regain my composure before I tried again and after he fought some more, I finally caught him.

After I caught him, I placed him into another bag filled with water and i allowed him to float.  I removed the other bag and placed the deceased fish and their bag into a bigger plastic bag.

Then, I had my breakfast, took care of my sweet parakeet Petie, before I called Petco.  I left a message for Kay with another associate, and she called me back. I told Kay about what happened to Scooby and Shaggy, we had a really good conversation we even discovered that we share the same faith.  She told me what to do, and that I could bring Scooby and Shaggy back to the store, she suspected that something might have been wrong with the water.

I also prayed that same day for GOD to give us comfort and peace and the answer that we needed to know. After lunch, we went to Petco, I took my deceased fish friends, and more water samples.

After the water samples were tested, I finally had some answers, or the reason behind the fish dying. The grocery store where I bought the water for my aquarium unknowingly to me changed the source of its water.  So, Skipper, Chippy, Scooby and Shaggy were all victims. Kay explained that Toby just continued to adapt to the changes, so he was not affected by it.  Kay told me to go back to Spring Water.  She also put Scooby and Shaggy into little black cadaver bags, and they went to the fishy freezer. On the way home, we stopped at another store, and I bought some Spring Water, then we went home, and I swapped out the water, replaced the bad water with the Spring Water, then I let a very eager Toby out of the bag, then he freely and happily swam around, and ate his food.

I rested, Mom and I had supper, later on I had more prayer time before I went to sleep.

   Part One Hundred Four 

                                                                             Sunday August 4th. 2013 The Day Toby Met Teddy

On the morning of August 4th, I woke up got ready for church, before I cleaned Petie's cage, and I ate my breakfast, before I fed Toby.

Then, Mom and I left for church where I enjoyed worshiping and praising GOD.  The message reminded me that my faith came and will always come from 

trusting in Jesus Christ alone.  That GOD gives HIS children an appetite for HIS word and the desire to have HIS life. Not law. Faith only.

Jesus was always and always will be with me.  At home I read more of my BIBLE, and I sang more hymns.  Mom and I had lunch, before 

I prayed and we left for PETCO.  I had a sample of my water tested and I was able to bring home a new fish friend!

I had another pleasant conversation with the associate and during that conversation I named my new fish friend, Teddy.

Teddy was another Emerald green like Toby, we paid for Teddy, brought him home and I got him acclimated, before he swam out of the bag and into 

his new home.  While he explored his new home he met Toby.  I was so happy when Toby accepted Teddy.

We had supper, and I observed Toby and Teddy, watched TV, got ready for the night, and Mom and I hugged, before I blew kisses to Petie, Teddy, and Toby

then I went to sleep.

   Part One Hundred Five

                                                                  Teddy And Toby

The day after Teddy came home, I fed the fish friends and Teddy got his portion and ate it!  I was so happy.  Then the day after, I noticed that Toby had a wound or injury.

My mom noticed it too, Teddy liked to hang around underneath the aquarium's heater, so Toby liked hanging around Teddy and he hung out under the heater with Teddy.

Toby was a bigger fish, so he did not fit, and the gravel scratched him, or he scraped the bottom of his belly.  I did not know how bad it was, and Toby would not let me see it.

I still tried to keep an eye on it.  Toby still ate his food, so that was promising.  However, I still said some prayers for Toby.  On the eighth day of August, I noticed that Toby was having a rough time.

So, I put in some medications in to help him.  That night, I blew kisses to Petie, Teddy, and Toby, before I read more of my BIBLE and sent up more prayers for Toby.

Rough waters are ahead.

   Part One Hundred Six

                                                                                      Toby Was A Fighter Till The End

On the morning of Friday, August 9th, 2013, I woke up and checked on Toby.  He did not look very well.  He even swam up to the surface to get some air, then on the way down he lost his ability to swim.  He kind of fell back down, where a normal fish would swim back down.  I set up the carrier, caught Toby and allowed him to rest, while I had some breakfast.  After breakfast, I comforted Toby, he even allowed me to stroke his dorsal or top fin.  I prayed for him and sang Hymns.  Then, Mom and I set him down on the other filing cabinet.  In the carrier he looked like he was just resting on his belly.  We left him alone and undisturbed, while I got ready for the day, cleaned Petie's cage.  I was happy earlier when I saw that Teddy ate his portion of his food. 

I also changed the filter and worked on cleaning out some algae, then as the day went on, I kept busy and watched some TV, or I did other things.  After supper, we prepared a place out in the back for Toby, once we saw that he was gone.  Toby died looking like the tough fighter he always was.  He refused to go belly up his fins were all out to keep him up. But I could tell he was gone.  I noticed the change in his color and his eyes had lost their life.  We took him outside to a flowerpot where my other Petie was laid to rest.  We laid Toby to rest, had a small funeral for him, where we shared with each other about some good times.  I still had some crying spells; but I also let Teddy know what happened and spent some time talking to him. Later on, Mom and I hugged, before I spent some time talking to Petie, before I blew kisses to him and Teddy.  Then I went to sleep. 

Now I would like to share some pictures of Skipper and Toby during happier times earlier in the year of 2013.

The third picture is of Skipper and Toby together, and when I looked at it closer, it looked very interesting ahem.  I will let you all come to your own conclusions.

The sixth picture is of Skipper in the corner. Kind of small sorry about that, but if it is blown up bigger the details are lost.

The eighth picture and final picture I do believe is of Skipper's close up.  Or I had the camera too close to Skipper. 

This Aquarium Adventure is close to coming to an end, Teddy and Scooter were the last fish, next time I will share more about Teddy.
