The first picture is of the green security light with the wreath, last year I learned how to open the top of our main post, so I was able to have the green and red lights again. I also added more snow to the wreath. I had the wreaths hanging in a different way, but the month of December was very windy, and the wind blew them down into the position I always had them. For a little while, I fixed them back to the way I had them before, but then the wind would come along and blow them down again, so I finally just went with the way the wind wanted it. I was hoping to add green rope lights, but the greenery was a nice touch. Next year I will keep my eyes open and see if I can find some green rope lights. If I see them, I will grab them. I also wanted a different look for the deer, and since my mom left it up to me, I placed them around the shrubs and the decorated pole. I liked the results and I think that location will be their new home . The other wreath was also in the picture, that I place on where we put our flag. Once grandpa and grandma deer were placed in front of the holly tree I could not decorate it, but like I said it was really windy and I really am not happy when the wind plays around with my garland that I went to great lengths to get up onto the higher branches. I had an interesting time hanging them on the window, for some reason that I could never figure out, their suction cups did not stick to the window. I finally took scotch tape and taped them up, when one angel fell again, I took a bow , made it into a ribbon, tied that to the top of the angel , and hung the angel by her bow. So, one was a boy, and the other one was a girl. They did make a lovely addition to the Nativity, they made it seem more complete. ‍ I finally have all of the Christmas pictures downloaded to my computer, I am still uploading them to my Photobucket , so I will continue to share them as much as I can.
